Rule 217
Formation of Conduct Monitoring Committee
(1) There shall be a Conduct Monitoring Committee in the Assembly. (2) The constitution of the committee according to sub-rule (1) shall be as follows: 2-
(a) Speaker – Chairman
(b) Deputy Speaker – Member
(c) Leader of the Opposition
(d) A maximum of 9 persons nominated by the Speaker from among the members selected by the leader of the party representing the House of Representatives - members
(e) General Secretary-Secretary Work, Duties and Powers of Conduct Monitoring Committee:-
